BIG Event Promotion Details

Everyone who stops out to our Main Terminal on Tuesday or Wednesday, December 11 or 12, 2007 between 7am - 7pm and books their airline tickets to or from RFD at the counter will receive a minimum* of $36 and up to $100 cash back on each ticket booked on their itinerary! Plus, we'll register you for hourly drawings. *See the below list of blackout dates/destinations when no cash rebates will be offered.

Keep in mind that in order to qualify for the BIG Event you must be a MilesAhead member. All it takes is an e-mail address. Don't have an e-mail address? Don't worry we can create one for you through web sites like yahoo or google.

Some Important Rules About the Big Event:

• Tickets must be booked in person in the Main Terminal on Dec. 11 or 12, 2007 between the 12-hour span of 7am - 7pm either day.
• You must fly to or from RFD between Dec. 13, 2007 and March 31, 2008.
• Each destination and departure date will have a different cash rebate offer for tickets purchased. No cash rebates will be offered on the below-indicated blackout dates.
• Your flight can originate at RFD or in any partner city destination. One segment of your trip must be flown from RFD.
• All flights subject to availability.
• RFD staff members will assist you with booking your tickets in person.
• Promotion not valid with United refundable tickets.
• Promotion not valid with Allegiant TripFlex.
• This is an airport promotion, not an airline promotion.
• Recipients of cash rebates may be subject to state and federal taxes and require the fulfillment and submission of an IRS Form W-9.
• The following RFD departure blackout dates and destinations will not be included in this promotion:
  • Phoenix-Mesa: 12/28/07, 01/14/08, 3/14/08, 3/17/08, 3/21/08
  • Fort Lauderdale: 12/28/07, 3/14/08, 3/17/08, 3/21/08
  • Las Vegas: 3/21/08
  • Orlando/Sanford: 12/28/07, 3/13/08, 3/14/08, 3/16/07, 3/17/08, 3/18,08, 3/19/08, 3/20/08, 3/21/08, 3/23/08, 3/24/08
  • Clearwater/St. Pete: 3/12/08, 3/14/08, 3/16/07, 3/19/08, 3/21/08, 3/23/08
  • Denver (and connecting destinations): 12/20/07 to 12/31/07, 2/01/08 to 3/31/08
