Platinum, Premier & Presenting Sponsorships are category
exclusive and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Packages include a catered corporate chalet, display tent
on show grounds, and inclusion in event advertising. These
sponsorships range from $5,000 to $25,000 and up.
Corporate Chalets provide a wonderful opportunity for
your business or organization to entertain clients, colleagues,
and employees during one or both days of the show. Chalets are located on the flight
line providing your guests with perfect front row seats.
Prices range from $3,240 for one day to $9,000 for two
days. (Catering costs are additional.)

2011 Preferred Caterers
Captains Club partners provide the perfect "over
21" venue for you to entertain a handful of clients,
prospects, friends or family members "front and center" at
our AirFest. For as little as $100 per person, you can
have one of the best seats in the house - and this includes
food and beverages too.
Aviators Club lets you entertain family or a small group of friends "front and center". Includes tickets, program, parking pass and complimentary food. Alcohol not provided.
Display/Vendor Tents provide the perfect venue to sell
food or to provide sampling, couponing or mutually-agreed
upon marketing activity to reach show attendees. Tent spaces

Donor Opportunities allow you to participate in AirFest
2011 by underwriting an AirFest party, performer, static
display or stage area. Cash or in-kind donations start
at $500.
Advertising Space in our souvenir program can provide
your organization or business with the perfect vehicle
to reach air show attendees with your message. Full color ads range
from $250 for a business-card size ad to $2,250 for a full-page,
