The Authority owns many buildings on airport property and has land available for commercial development. We invite you to join the economic surge that is moving through the airport community and locate your business on Authority property.

The airport is committed to growth and, if possible, will work with city and state governments to coordinate the development of an incentive package that meets the particular needs of your business. Plus, RFD's close proximity to a number of interstate highways, rail networks and major manufacturing facilities means that your business will have easy access to move products where they need to go.

Land Available for Development

Airport property adjacent to the airfield include sites ranging from 1 to 88 acres with a total of more than 330 acres of prime development opportunities.  Other unimproved sites which are not contiguous to the airfield are also available.
